Due to the nature of the 'Made to Order' service offered by

Ryan Lee Austin Designs their is an average wait time of

around 14 days from the start of manufacture to the date of

delivery. The manufacturing process will start once payment

has been received. Any errors in orders must be corrected

within 24 hours of the confirmation of order email being

received by the customer, failure to do so may mean that you

are liable for any cost encurred from recutting fabrics.

Payment may be made using Paypal or using Credit Card

through Paypal. Details for which will be provided once the

order has been placed.

Returns must first be authorised using the email address

above. Returns will be accepted in all circumstances unless

damaged by the customer.

A repair service is offered as part of the 28 day guarantee in

which any minor repairs will be made free of charge,

however the customer is liable for the return postage.

An alteration service is also offered at a fee that will be

negotiated with the client before any work is undertaken.

Clients may be required to attend a dress fitting to obtain the

best possible finish to the garment.
